At Peaceheart, every piece is crafted with attention to detail and quality. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns or exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery. To qualify, the item must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition with tags intact
• Returned in the original packaging

Items that show signs of use, washing, or damage will not be eligible for return.

If you need a different size or replacement, we will gladly assist with an exchange, subject to product availability.

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

• Items purchased during clearance or final sale
• Products damaged due to improper washing or handling

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.

Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
